Returns and Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been fully processed or dispatched.
To change your details or to cancel completely cancel an order please contact us on 01483 538038 from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm or email us at email@example.com
Please be ready to quote your order number from the confirmation email. If an order cannot be cancelled you can return the order once it has been delivered.
RETURNS PROCEDURE (online orders only)
Before returning your item(s) please obtain a Returns Authorisation is by using the link or calling us on 01483 538038 within 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after we have received your returned item(s).
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
The customer is responsible for all postage costs returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty) unless this has been specifically confirmed in advance with ourselves. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
